    A two-way zipper and front pockets make the Mercer+Mettle MM3103 Women's Soft Spacer Full Zip an easy jacket-style layer for the office or travel. The peached recycled spacer knit is soft and lightly insulated, fights odor and offers UPF 50+ protection.

    A drop shoulder and 2x1 rib knit inserts at the hem give it a relaxed, polished shape. Embroider a logo on the left chest, or choose printing, decorated in-house in Anaheim. It is a polished layer for women's sales and leadership teams.
